Terms and Conditions of Participation

The terms and conditions for participation in this program are below. You may be required to accept as a condition of participation.


Johnson Controls (the “Company”) offers their qualified employees (collectively, “Participants” or “You”) participation in Bravo Recognition Program (the “Program”) through which employees can earn recognition and/or rewards points (“Rewards”). This program is only available to qualified employees who have received personal login credentials and are eligible to participate in the program.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Program Rules”) govern the Program. Participation in the Program is subject to the Program Rules set forth below, and any and all Company regulations, policies, and procedures. The Program Rules below supersede any and all previous Program Rules. By accessing this website or the EZ Thanks application, You agree that You have read, understood, accepted and are bound by these Program Rules.

Terms & Conditions:

• You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Bravo Platform, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. All posts on this site must be in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy and the Values First Code of Ethics.
• Points earned are deposited automatically in a participant’s personal account. Points have no expiration date.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be supplemented with cash or credit cards toward redemption of any program awards or other benefits.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferrable. No award substitutes are allowed.
• The Company will report compensation under this program where required by the legal jurisdiction of Your residency.
• For the purposes of taxation, points are taxable according to local tax and/or government guidelines. The Company, on the employee’s behalf and within 120 days of issuance, will provide a payment to cover the estimated taxable value (at the time of issuance) of the points. However, the employee is responsible for taxes associated with points earned.
• The Company may change, limit, modify or amend the Program Rules at any time without notice and retroactively. All Company reserves the right to interpret and apply these Program Rules. All decisions regarding the Program and the Program Rules are final and binding.
• The Reward structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at the Company’s discretion, with or without notice. The Company has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Reward, Reward levels and criteria at any time, with or without notice.
• The Company is not liable for any injury, death, or other loss, cost or damage or claims by participants related to the redemption, receipt or use of awards in this program.
• Limitation on Liability: To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any injury or damages or any other losses arising out of the use or products or services obtained through this program or related to this agreement or the Bravo Recognition platform, however caused, regardless of theory of liability.
